We offer an added benefit that protects your package in the event it is lost stolen or damaged during transit. We suggest all customers purchase Route insurance protection for as little as one dollar, as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once purchased, your package is 100% protected and you will be fully refunded in the event your item/s are lost or stolen. Your claim must be filed within 15 days of your lost or stolen package otherwise, the insurance will be invalid. Failure to purchase the shipping protection means that you are taking full responsibility for your item if it is lost or stolen.
